Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Agent for TradingView (the “Extension”), a Chrome extension developed and published by Digitally (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or professional trading analysis purposes, subject to these terms.
Free Tier
The free version of the Extension is available for personal, non-commercial use with limited usage. Free users may inject charts into AI chat platforms up to the stated limit before being prompted to purchase a license.
Licensed Tier
Upon purchase of a one-time license through Gumroad, you receive an unlimited-use license for one individual user. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared. License keys are personal and must not be redistributed.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
- Attempt to circumvent any license validation or usage limits.
- Use the Extension to engage in market manipulation or any fraudulent trading activity.
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer rights to the Extension.
- Use the Extension in a manner that violates TradingView’s, OpenAI’s, Anthropic’s, or Google’s Terms of Service.
4. Third-Party Services
The Extension integrates with third-party AI chat platforms (ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Google Gemini) and TradingView. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms that may affect the Extension’s functionality.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView Inc., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
5. Not Financial Advice
The Extension is a tool only. Any analysis generated by the AI chat platforms through use of the Extension does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We do not accept any liability for losses incurred as a result of using the Extension or acting on AI-generated analysis.
6. No Warranty
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Chrome or all configurations of third-party AI platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruption.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued. If you experience a technical issue that prevents normal use, please contact us at support@digitally.id and we will work to resolve it.
9. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Extension at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Extension and delete any copies.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
