By installing or using the AI for TradingView Chrome extension (“the extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
The extension is distributed as proprietary software. Upon installation, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for personal or professional trading analysis. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the extension itself.
The extension offers a free tier that allows up to 10 chart analyses. After the free tier is exhausted, the extension may display prompts encouraging the purchase of a paid license. A paid license is a one-time purchase that removes analysis limits and reminder prompts. License keys are validated via Gumroad. Abuse of the licensing system, including key sharing or tampering, constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in license revocation.
The extension requires you to provide your own API key for a supported AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, or Vercel Gateway). You are solely responsible for:

Trading involves financial risk. The analysis provided by the extension is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the extension.
The extension, including its code, design, icons, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent. The “AI for TradingView” name and logo are our trademarks. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView, Inc.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of material changes through the extension or via the website.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the extension at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must uninstall the extension and cease all use. Paid licenses are not refundable in the event of termination due to violation of these terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
